Shop & Tell

*This post is about 3 weeks old, I forgot to post it*
I have a few things to show you from a few places. If you popped in any TJ Maxx stores recently you might have hit their summer clearance event. I'm not sure if all the locations have it, but basically what it is, is a clear out of all the summer merchandise. Everything must go. Prices are just ridiculous, everything goes under $10, I was lucky enough to get a few items that are just amazing, and at amazing prices. If you go on TJ Maxx's Facebook page you can check out what other people scooped up, one women bought a designer clutch for $7, it was originally $178! The best thing about this event is everything that doesn't sell by a certain date is sent to charity! Which is 100 times better than seeing out-of-season clothing like some other stores. An absolute pet peeve of mine. Anyways, I also shopped at Bob's Stores and Forever 21: Vegas (and i had gift card which made it sweeter!).

It's been raining, I can't stand it. I never know what to wear, and no I will not wear sweats. I am trying so hard to stay away from the slob this semester. I decided on this tunic-dress and some deep colored tights. The perfect way to begin the start of fall!

Fall 2011 Trend: Chunky Heels

Just because I'm in school doesn't mean I skimp on the heels! Especially the chunky ones! It's the perfect way to mix heels in to your everyday wardrobe without too much pain. I love fall fashions and in New England it goes by quick and I don't wanna miss a second, these are the outfits I've worn the past two days.

I wore this outfit this past Monday, I put everything on and I was looking around my room for a pair of shoes to wear. I almost gave up and started all over, then I laid my eyes on these. I won't lie to you I don't do that much walking, I have two- three hour classes on Mondays. I do have to walk up four flights of stairs for one class and two for the other but I was fine. I definitely suggest you grab a similar pair and try it out. It fun to dress up!

I really wish the necklace came out a little bit clearer, it's a champagne colored sparkler! I thought it just went perfect and didn't compete with any of the colors in the shirt. I added a little touch of blue with the faux turquoise ring, which I thought was really fun. Now let me talk about the shoes! I fell in love with these and thought "Jeffery Campbell" instantly. They are not as dramatic, but have some similar elements. What I love about these most are the tassels on the end of the shoelace. They just scream fall!!

I recently ordered from ThBoxes.com and was pleasantly surprised! The order arrived quickly and shipping was free! The pieces came individually wrapped and two were in gift boxes, which was a nice touch. I ordered two Betsey Johnson inspired rings and a resin bracelet. I also cannot believe how inexpensive the jewelry is, and you can find almost anything they have thousands of products! I was actually so impressed with the site I became an affiliate. This means that I will get a percentage of everything that is bought through my blog (through the ad on the side or in this post). Vegas Vacation?

My trip to Vegas was a birthday present to myself. And probably more than $700 later, I'm totally disappointed. We had a 5 day stay at the Luxor hotel on the strip which was nice because the room was really big and had a nice shower and a makeup desk, that I loveeeeed! Getting over the three hour time change took two days and then I got in to a fight with a club promoter when we didn't get free drinks and it was just a big mess! I don't think I would ever go back! I only bought a few things though and I thought I was going to need a stack for Forever 21, but I wasn't impressed! I bought i t-shirt sweater and an alligator bracelet. I did get a picture with Hello Kitty and Hello Kitty key chain which is adorable! The highlights of the trip was going up the Eiffel Tower & seeing PeepShow f/ Holly Madison. Other than that it wasn't that great, food is expensive and from the East Coast travel sucks!! It wasn't as glamourous or crazy as I thought it would be, people were rude, there were way to many children under 10 (sorry but I don't go on vacation to listen to crying babies that I hear all day at work!) and about half of the tourists looked like they rolled out of bed and threw on dirty laundry! I would not recommend going unless you go with someone who can show you around, it was both me and my sister's first time and we were definitely a little but more than confused about the whole scene. Next time I'm going to a Caribbean Resort!

I had these for over a year. They were part of my very first blog post.They got really old, dirty, smelly and 2 of the studs fell off.All good things must come to an end. My mom bought me new similar ones, YAY!RIP
I also shared somethings that didn't fit me anymore with a friend. But I have bought plenty of new things to replace them, heeheee :)
